If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return it. It is understood that you have known the right of withdrawal from the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and placing the order.
You may test the goods to determine their nature, characteristics or functioning as you would in a commercial establishment and returns must be made to the following address:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following procedure must be followed:
1.- Send an email to the address: info@texathenea.net informing that you are withdrawing from the purchase and that you have returned the products according to the return instructions set out on the website. For this purpose, you may use the following model withdrawal form provided for by law, although its use is not obligatory:

I/we hereby inform you (*) that I/we hereby cancel my/our (*) contract of sale of the following product (*)/:

- name of consumer(s)
- Address of the consumer(s)
- Date
- Signature (if on paper)
This communication of withdrawal will be acknowledged for your knowledge.
2.- Return the products according to the return instructions on the website. It is very important that you return the product(s) to be exchanged or returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received will not be returned. If the products are damaged for any reason attributable to the customer (including the packaging), we will not accept the return.
3.- Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and we check that all the above conditions are met, the Seller will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amounts paid on the same credit card with which the operation was carried out, in the case of payment on delivery, by means of the bank account communicated by the consumer. The refund of the amount paid will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the return was requested, unless the return is made by means arranged by the consumer, in which case ATHENEA may withhold the refund until it has received the goods (which must be done within a maximum period of 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal), or until the consumer and user has provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. Please note that your bank may not show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month. The refund will be made to the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase. The refund will be made for the full amount paid by the consumer, including shipping costs, unless the consumer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive method of standard delivery. In this case, the additional costs arising therefrom shall not be reimbursed.
4.- In the case of defective products or erroneous deliveries, all return costs shall be borne by the Seller. In the event of unjustified withdrawal, the return costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
This provision does not affect the rights recognised to the consumer by the legislation in force.
